Meet Your Glacier National Park-Obsessed Elopement Photographer

Hey there, I’m Tiana!

While my main title is “elopement photographer”, taking photos is only part of what I do. Think of me as your personal elopement guide. I’ll walk you through everything you need to plan a day so amazing that you never want it to end. And of course, I’ll photograph every beautiful moment of it.

My number one goal is to be a blessing to you so that you can have a wedding experience that makes you feel connected to each other, this precious moment in your story, and the landscape you’re in.

If you want photos that help you remember the memories of the day, not a bunch of poses…

You’ve found the right photographer!

My approach to photography is all about letting you live in the moment and capturing the day candidly. Your laughter, the happy tears, and of course, the views along the way. And as needed, I’ll provide you just enough posing guidance throughout your day to get those gorgeous portraits.

We recommend her to any couple looking to elope.”

“Tiana was amazing to work with. Her work is outstanding, better than we ever could hope for. Her artwork truly speaks for itself. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate our needs within our short timeframe. All her suggestions were helpful as well, with recommending an in-town florist, and hair/makeup artist which really helped make things smoother for us. The experience provided will truly be memorable and we recommend her to any couple looking to elope. Thank you for everything!” ~Calden & Daisy

More Reviews Glacier National Park Elopement Photographer Reviews

  • “We highly recommend Tiana to everyone!”

“My wife and I had an elopement style wedding at a state park in Idaho with Tiana as our photographer. She beautifully captured all of the important moments, family and group photos, and more, despite it being a very fast paced wedding with tight time constraints. And she did it all seemingly with ease! She was very professional and had a sweet and calming presence that my wife and I really appreciated with all the stresses of the wedding, and all of the photos turned out absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Tiana to everyone!”

  • “Tiana will help do the impossible and in the process, she will continuously make your dreams come true.”

“Tiana has years of experience with photography and performs more professionally than many wedding photographers. She is extremely on top of what she does and gives you true beauty – Tiana will help do the impossible and in the process, she will continuously make your dreams come true. She is Amazing at couple shots, so if that’s something you value having on your Wedding Day (with all the beauty of the flowers, wedding bouquet, props, and other surroundings), then you’re set:)
Tiana thinks of nature a lot too, so if it’s important to you to have the nature-side of things shown off in your photos then look no further👍🏼💃🏼👌🏼
    Thank you so much, Tiana❤️💞”

  • Tiana is an amazing photographer! It’s clear how much she cares about her craft and the people she works with.

“Tiana is an amazing photographer! It’s clear how much she cares about her craft and the people she works with. She hosted a couple calls before our big day to get a sense for who we are and which moments we wanted to capture most. On the day of our wedding, she arrived early, was extremely kind and friendly to everyone, and somehow managed to always be at the right spot at the right time. She then did a fantastic job editing our photos to create images we will cherish for life. If you are looking for a first class photographer in this area, my wife and I highly recommend choosing Tiana. You’ll be glad you did!” ~Austin & Tasia

Frequently Asked Questions about Eloping in Glacier National Park

Getting married in Glacier isn’t difficult! You will need to obtain a Special Use Permit for your wedding as well as a marriage license. There is no waiting period once you have your marriage license, making Montana one of the easier states to get married in. You will need two witnesses and an ordained officiant to sign the license. I specialize in helping couples plan adventurous elopements and taking a lot of the stress of planning away by helping with location scouting, scheduling their day, providing a customized packing list, and more. Learn more about eloping with me here!

Technically, all you need to get married in Glacier is a Special Use Permit ($125) and a Montana Marriage License ($53); however, most couples spend between $8,000-$15,000 on their Glacier elopement, with the majority of their budget going towards a photographer. You can spend as much or as little as you want on your elopement, depending on the kind of experience you want.

Glacier has tons of beautiful wedding ceremony locations! Some of the best are on Lake McDonald. I provide all of my couples with custom location recommendations based on what they want their day to feel like. You don’t have to know an exact location before you reach out because I can help you narrow down a location. Or, check out my guide to wedding locations in Glacier National Park.

To get in Montana, all you need is a marriage license from the state of Montana, an ordained minister, and two witnesses to sign the license. I’m ordained and can sign your marriage license if you want to keep your day simple. I’ll also walk you through everything you need to get your marriage license.

Absolutely! This is an incredibly important day, and for some couples it wouldn’t be complete without their loved ones by their side. I love working with couples that want to bring a handful of their closest relationships with them on their elopement day!

June through September is generally the best time to elope in Montana, unless you’re looking for a magical winter experience; then January through March will be the best time. July and August are going to be the warmest and driest time of year; however, the shoulder seasons are great because there will be more greenery and fewer crowds.
